Nicky Romero & NERVO’s ‘Like Home’ turns 6 years old

Back in Autumn 2012, EDM was experiencing something of a boom. Fresh from the release of huge tracks like Swedish House Mafia‘s ‘Don’t You Worry Child’, Porter Robinson‘s ‘Language‘ and ‘Million Voices‘ by Otto Knows, the genre was building up to another huge year in 2013 when anthems like ‘Reload‘ by Sebastian Ingrosso & Tommy Trash, Martin Garrix‘s ‘Animals’, and Aviciis ‘Wake Me Up‘ all arrived.

With Tim also working on ‘I Could Be The One’ with Nicky Romero around the 2012/13 period, the latter released his own whopper, in the shape of ‘Like Home‘, a massive anthem with Australian twin sisters NERVO. The pair, made up of Liv & Mim, who had previously unleashed Creamfields 2012 anthem ‘You’re Gonna Love Again‘, blessed the production with a cross between big-room and progressive elements, as the Protocol head honcho put his own signature touch as the cherry on this particular cake.

With the anthem now turning 6 years old following an initial release in November 2012, this one still sounds as fresh today as it did back and then, and is truly, an all-time EDM classic! This is ‘Like Home’, by Nicky Romero & NERVO…
