Swedish House Mafia ultra music festival reunion 2018

Swedish House Mafia tease fans once again through cryptic message

Once again, the Swedish trio consisting of electronic spearheads Axwell, Sebastien Ingrosso, and Steve Angello are back at it with their cryptic social media teasers that continuously have fans everywhere around the world on their toes. This time, Swedish House Mafia took to their socials to upload a short video predominantly maintaining a black screen with cinematic drums taking the forefront, until the trio’s silhouettes are encompassed by flames to what seems to be a teaser to new music.

Ever since their reunion at Ultra Music Festival in Miami last year, the supergroup have been at it relentlessly in the studio making music and announcing shows as part of their world tour. While the list as to where they plan to perform is stacked such as their headlining gig at TomorrowLand, the U.S. hasn’t seen any concrete sign of their appearance there, however, given their hints and tendency to slowly decrypt their plans, ruling out a few American some stops wouldn’t be out of the question.

In fact, just today, the Swedes announced some new dates for the summer over a tweet, supposedly hinting at a gallery show of sorts, however, only time will tell. Regarding this specific teaser, it is not entirely clear as to what fans should expect. Whether it’s new Swedish House Mafia music, tour stops, or just an added touch to their hype campaign, time will tell what’s in store for them. What’s definite though, is that electronic fans all around have their ears perked up high, ready to take in whatever magic they have to offer.
