New Avicii song titled Tough Love drops tomorrow

Hot off the heels of the announcement of a new Avicii album titled ‘TIM’, the new track ‘SOS‘ was released to the joy of Avicii supporters all over the world and now, not long after ‘SOS’, comes news of the second single from the album to drop titled ‘Tough Love’.

Coming in the form of another collaboration, this one features award winning singer/songwriter Agnes – wife of Vargas – and Vargas & Lagola (real names Vincent Pontare and Salem Al Fakir) who have an established working and personal history with Avicii (Tim Bergling) previously working on mega successful tracks ‘Silhouettes’  and ‘Hey Brother’ to name just a few out of a long list.

In the video on YouTube titled The Story Behind “Tough Love”, Vincent Pontare mentions how Avicii had wished for ‘Tough Love’ to be a duet, showing a text that said “This one needs to be a duet, coolest thing would be a real couple/a couple that have worked together enough to almost be considered couple!”. The video also shows a candid look into the creation process for ‘Tough Love’ featuring snippets of the track.

At the time of Avicii’s death, the track was at 80% completion but will finally be released tomorrow. Watch the video below (currently region blocked in some countries) as the release date of ‘TIM‘ on June 6 grows closer.
