The Chainsmokers brought the heat to the Tomorrowland mainstage

Recognized as one of the top names in the electronic dance music world, The Chainsmokers have been absolutely killing the game over the years. Ever since their 2014 breakthrough following their top-hit “Selfie”, they’ve grown tremendously as both producers and live performers. Alex and Drew sure know how to keep their fans on their toes with their remarkable talent and diversified sound, and they’re only gaining more recognition from here on out. As The Chainsmokers closed out the Tomorrowland main stage this past Friday, the duo showcased their striking live talents in the most remarkable way.

Now, of course, this was of no surprise to anyone who viewed their spectacular main stage performance. Kicking things off with a heightened intro ID straight into a high-intensity mashup, The Chainsmokers had the massive Tomorrowland crowd going wild from the get-go. They featured a wide array of track variations, from oldies like “Roses” and “Split” with Tiësto to some of their more fresh projects like their upcoming release titled “Takeaway” with Illenium and Lennon Stella. Throughout their set, the duo did a phenomenal job at truly mixing things up on stage and made sure to also incorporate their live instrumental showcase in between.
