Tomorrowland 2019 is just around the corner and the latest announcement from the Tomorrowland 2019 team has manifolded the hype around the grand festival. Having opened the 2015 edition for the first time, the Symphony of Unity is back and will be kickstarting the 15th Anniversary of the festival on July 21 and July 28, 2019. The Metropole Orchestra Academy will be performing the most iconic tracks in the history of Tomorrowland on both Sundays in the Freedom Stage.
Symphony of Unity comprising of 60 members will be led by well-respected conductor Dirk Brossé. In a press statement, he reveals that:
“In my 40-year career I have conducted world-class orchestras in the most prestigious concert halls around the world, from the Royal Albert Hall in London to the Sydney Opera House and the Carnegie Hall in New York, and many more. However, performing at Tomorrowland, the world’s most famous and most original and artistic festival, will undoubtedly be a lifelong highlight.”
The Belgian dance music festival is undoubtedly one of the biggest dance music events in the world at the moment. At the time of its inception, it looked nothing like what it is today. Tomorrowland 2019 will incorporate more than 15 stages in contrast to a single stage in its maiden edition in 2006.
