AMF announces Timmy Trumpet & W&W for huge 2=1 set
One of the best and most unique things about the incredible indoor Amsterdam Music Festival (AMF) is the way they bring DJs together to do insane back to back sets who wouldn’t usually combine forces. 2017 was the inauguration year for 2=1 where they brought two number one DJs, Armin Van Buuren and Hardwell, together to do a b2b set that couldn’t be seen anywhere else again. Proving to be extremely popular with the passionate attendees, it was brought back in 2018 with David Guetta and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, thus starting something that would happen at each year of the spectacular event. Setting the event apart from anything else, this is what helps put AMF at the forefront of the edm event scene with their fantastic innovation.
Taking to social media recently, the festival has announced their lineup for the 2019 version of 2=1, and this one is special. Joining forces to create this year’s unlikely edm boyband are duo W&W and the trumpet king Timmy Trumpet. Although these guys aren’t the most likely of pairs, it truly makes it even more exciting and interesting and with the insane amounts of energy that they all put into their performances, this is going to blow the roof off of the Johan Cruijff ArenA.
In 2018, W&W created one of the most outstanding performances at AMF, and Timmy Trumpet couldn’t be in better hands as he takes to the dazzling stage for the first time ever ready to bestow his craziness onto the massive crowd, who by judging their reactions on social media already can’t wait and are anticipating 2019 to be the best edition yet.
With less than two months to go, the festival is gearing up to start all the preparations but you can still be a part of one of the best events of the entire year by getting your tickets here.
