David Guetta & Morten drop anticipated rework of ‘Make It To Heaven’

There’s no denying that David Guetta and MORTEN are a match made in electronic music heaven. Between them, they have done countless collaborations/projects together and they keep on adding to that list. Most recently, they released one of their biggest and best collaborations yet titled Make It To Heaven. First debuting the track at his hugely talked about AMF (Amsterdam Music Festival) set in October, it created a huge buzz within the scene and when it was dropped, streaming sites went crazy. Featuring the vocal talents of RAYE, it has currently surpassed over 12 million Spotify streams and the numbers continue to rise months after the initial release day.

The original track is a completely club-ready, deeper style that is usually found within Guetta’s Jack Back alias but has transcended to the David Guetta side of his career. Honing in on the club style for that version, they have just released a rework of the same track to showcase another side to it.

“We started this record from a huge club beat but then the song is so good that I wanted to make a version focusing more on the vocals and make it more for streaming. Something you can listen to at home. Not just for the DJs.” – David Guetta

Fans will enjoy hearing a completely different version of the track that has already become a top favourite within all three artist’s fan bases. Making it radio-ready, this version is another unique and fantastic addition to Guetta’s hit catalogue of dance/pop crossover hits. With the vocals at the epicenter of the reworked edition, it allows fans to enjoy a version of a beloved track that almost sounds like it could be a completely brand-new original.
