ID&T, one of the biggest electronic music promoters in the world and Made Event, the New York-based company that stands behind Electric Zoo, have just announced that they will be partnering up, focusing on expanding their events worldwide, while making them bigger and better. Dutch company ID&T which was founded back in the early 1990’s has a pretty impressive resume, they have organised some of the biggest dance music festivals around the world such as Mysteryland, Awakenings, Defqon 1. and Sensation.

One of the main projects that this partnership will be focusing on will be Electric Zoo, which is serving incredible numbers already, drawing in 110,000 ravers to Randall’s Island Park in New York City, on the last weekend of August 2019. ID&T will work hard on expanding the Made Event’s main product Electric Zoo internationally, while also expanding the club and concert business in the New York area.

Adam Richman, SVP of Made Event, says:

“We are honoured to be working with ID&T, the world’s most notable dance music promoter. Working together with them will allow us to take our flagship brand Electric Zoo to cities around the world. We can’t wait to share New York City’s No 1 festival with the rest of the globe.”

Ritty van Straalen, CEO of ID&T Group, adds:

“Made Event and ID&T share the same vision. We both believe in high quality experiences and want to bring the best music to market. The Made Event team, with Adam [Richman] and Kevin [Mitchell] as the inspiring leaders, have shown that they know how to create and produce successful events and premier festivals in a very competitive market. We are looking forward to be back in New York and working with them on new ideas.”

Fans are very curious to see how this partnership will improve the dance music scene, there is definitely no doubt that something amazing will come out of it, but festival-goers will just have to wait and see what it will be. Stay tuned for more information about the 2020 edition of Electric Zoo, which will be taking place on the first weekend of September (4th – 6th).
