The 5th edition of one of Romania’s most popular multi-genre and electronic festivals saw over 277,000 partygoers attend over 4 days and nights, with performances from heavyweights such as Lost Frequencies, MORTEN, Don Diablo, J Balvin and many others.

Already in its 5th year, the stellar beachside festival Neversea cemented its status this year as one of the best in the game. A collective of the hottest international talents paired with Romania’s brightest musicians came together on 6-9 July on the sand of the ConstanÈ›a shore, with over 277,000 attendees of all ages in total across the four days & nights witnessing over 150 artists. As the largest beach festival in Europe, Neversea 2023 pulled out all of the stops to ensure that it was one of the most memorable yet, whilst also securing a bright future for the event and its organisers.

Not only a treat for the attendees, the artists brought their A game when it came to incredible sets. Lost Frequencies, not one to do anything by half measures, ensured no one would forget his set with his own specially curated stage design. During his set, he also premiered his newest single ‘Diving To Your Love.’ If premiering new music was the theme this year, other artists came well prepared. Salvatore Ganacci – in between the dancing and unmatchable energy – premiered a new track titled ‘Your Mother‘ and Timmy Trumpet gave fans the first tease of ‘Eternity.’ Taking things to the next level, Tujamo performed a new track with Romanian singer INNA, who was invited out on to the stage. Not just a first for new singles, it was the first performance ever at Neversea for quite a few on this year’s lineup, including Alok, MORTEN and singer Ckay (who also came to the country for the first time during Neversea).

Not just rich in entertainment from the stacked lineup, Neversea 2023 also focused on enrichment from its multiple activities on site, its wide array of food options (so much so that it could double as a food festival), photo opportunities and much more. One of the best examples of how Neversea is setting itself apart from the rest is its FAB Stage, where fans could create their festival looks with the help of Romanian fashion designers, hair stylers, and make-up artists. Also including shops and fun, innovative and interactive brand activations from the likes of Coca-Cola, Peroni, Kaufland Romania and more, they were on hand to provide surprise activities for eager ticketholders.

All in all, Neversea 2023 was proven to be one of the most interactive, innovative and unique festival experiences and it has already confirmed its highly anticipated return for 2024. Everyone who registers for 2024 tickets via the website’s registration form and completes the questionnaire will receive a 100 RON (20 euros approx) voucher to purchase the festival pass. ‘Sea’ you next year!
