Armin van Buuren Leads Armada Music’s 20th Anniversary Celebrations with Special Remix Album.

Armada Music concludes its twentieth-anniversary festivities, the renowned independent dance music label is capping off the year with a legacy-spanning remix album titled ‘Armada Music – 20 Years (Remixed)‘. The centerpiece of this celebratory compilation is the tenth-anniversary remix of Armin van Buuren’s Grammy-nominated hit, ‘This Is What It Feels Like‘ featuring Trevor Guthrie.

The album offers a contemporary spin on thirty of Armada Music’s timeless classics, providing a comprehensive reflection of the label’s extensive work over the past two decades. Showcasing the dynamic evolution of dance music, ’20 Years (Remixed)’ features reinterpretations from current scene leaders and underground champions, including artists such as Anna Tur, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Victor Ruiz, Joris Voorn, Marsh, and more.

Notable remixes already gaining traction include DJ Daddy Trance’s take on Lock N’ Load’s ‘Blow Ya Mind’, KREAM’s remix of Three Drives on a Vinyl’s ‘Greece 2000’, and Young Marco’s reinterpretation of Chicane’s ‘Saltwater’ featuring Moya Brennan.

This remix album follows the successful Armada Music – 20 Years Classics documentary series, the release of a limited-edition box set featuring four vinyl records of Armada Music’s greatest hits, and the label’s largest ADE program to date. These initiatives are all part of honoring the legacy of dance music and its most influential artists and tracks. The release of ’20 Years (Remixed)’ coincides with the launch of BEAT Music Fund in 2023, the first-ever dance music investment company aimed at revitalizing dance music’s most legendary catalogs and tracks through optimization and creative promotion.
