French DJ and producer Michael Canitrot will be closing out 2023 with what is sure to be one of the most impressive events in the electronic music community. Celebrating the life and legacy of Gustave Eiffel, the producer will be sharing a one-of-a-kind performance from the Eiffel Tower.

Having already had an incredible year on the road, showcasing his talents as a producer and performer throughout the Monumental Tour, Michael Canitrot still has plenty more to offer fans in the waning days of 2023. First up for fans, he will be sharing an incredible new compilation titled Cycles on December 15th, providing fans a bit of a summary of his work on tour as well as a preview of his upcoming new single, Change. The single will get an official release on December 27th and features Atlanta artist and house music legend, Roland Clarke, who helped craft an inspirational and uplifting techno anthem.

“When the instrumental took shape, the imposing nature of some arrangements led me to contemplate civilizations, our evolution, and the eras that traverse our world. I wanted universal lyrics that spoke of our origins but also our future. Without roots, we cannot grow. So, I reached out to Roland Clark, one of the masters of original house music, a bearer of unifying messages. He skillfully found the right words to evoke the cycles, the changes that humanity will still have to face to move forward.” -Michael Canitrot

While the music is plenty exciting, the true highlight will be Michael Canitrot celebrating the incredible symbol of France, the Eiffel Tower with his one-of-a-kind performance from the monument on December 27th. While the set will be closed to the public, fans from around the world will have a chance to catch the spectacle via French television and social media. Alongside Canitrot will be “Spectre” choir, Yana Mann – mezzo-soprano singer, Abblaye Diop – a contemporary dancer passionate about electronic music, and Yann Dulché – a pianist merging electro beats with classical notes, as well as award-winning French actor Philippe Torreton. This incredible collection of talent will celebrate the passing of Gustave Eiffel with a 50-minute presentation and a massive light show. Fans who can’t tune in during the event will have a chance to rewatch via replay on C8, as well as MyCanal and Canal+ channels.
