UNTOLD announces first artists for August edition

Two massive names have been announced for 2024, as UNTOLD begins their lineup rollout for their Romanian edition.

Aside from looking forward to the inaugural UNTOLD Dubai in February, just two months away, the organisers of UNTOLD are also far into planning for their flagship event in Romania. Taking place at the Cluj Arena in Transylvania, Romania from 8-11 August 2024, the festival is promising fans that this edition will take things to the next level and their first two artist announcements seem to be more than proving this.

First up, they’re bringing the most iconic trio in electronic music to the mainstage in the form of Swedish House Mafia. Not only will this be their first time on the UNTOLD stage, but will also be their first time setting foot on any Romanian mainstage, which will mark a very special performance for them and fans alike who will witness it.

As the festival is also known for blending huge electronic names with some of the most commanding voices in commercial music, Sam Smith also joins the lineup. With recent success with Calvin Harris collaboration ‘Desire,’ Kim Petras collaboration ‘Unholy’ (which has also seen high-profile electronic remixes), and new album ‘Gloria,’ Smith has been the voice behind some of the industry’s most loved songs, and is not one to be missed when it comes to live performances.

Clearly setting the bar even higher for themselves, UNTOLD will ensure that 2024 is theirs when it comes to immersive experiences, next level entertainment and exclusive performances. Tickets for the August 2024 edition are now on sale here.
