Hedex unveils ‘Lowkey (LDN Drift)’ with Tion Wayne :Listen

Hedex has been dominating the UK Drum & Bass scene and teams up with chart-topping Drill rapper Tion Wayne and Takura to reveal a new head-crushing Jump-Up banger sampling the infamous ‘Tokyo Drift’ from the Fast & Furious series.

Hedex, a British DJ and producer who has solidified his name as one of the most influential names in the UK Drum & Bass scene has continued to collaborate with many UK rappers and MCs. This time, Hedex collaborates with Tion Wayne who has spent many weeks in the NO.1 position on the UK ‘Official Charts’ in 2021 for his hit record ‘Body‘ with Russ Millions. Hedex also manages to pull strings and has a feature from ‘Takura’ who has been known to be involved in many Drum & Bass records with Chase & Status as recently heard on their ‘2 Ruff, Vol. 1’ mixtape.’

‘Lowkey LDN Drift‘ draws inspiration from ‘Tokyo Drift‘ from the Fast & Furious series and samples the main melodic, bells loop. The drop presents infectious, gritty basslines, and a catchy structure, and the rap hooks from Tion Wayne in UK rap style are just a final cherry on top along with Takura’s melodic vocal performance in the break of the track. Hedex continues to prove to himself to fans that he can always pull up new Jump-Up heat for the rave scene.

Hedex is currently on tour and is set to play one of the biggest arenas in the UK at ‘OVO Arena Wembley‘ with tickets being fully sold out. He is set to perform on the biggest stage on the 27th of January as part of his ‘My Home Is The Rave‘ tour which was named after his most popular record ‘MHITR (Semi-Automatic) feat Eksman‘ which was featured in our end of year top 100 tracks ranked at #52. One of his most popular sets to date was the DnB Allstars 360°‘ which started a huge wave of momentum to his speculated upcoming album rollout.
