Hungarian designer Tamás Borján, known for his LEGO creations under the alias Tomasso Builds, has unveiled plans for a LEGO version of the Sennheiser HD25 DJ headphones. Emphasizing the replication of mechanical features from the actual headphones, Borján envisions the earphones and headband to have the ability to rotate, allowing users to customize the fit according to their preferences.

Having recently shared 3-D renderings of his design, Borján’s next step involves constructing the LEGO Sennheiser headphones using approximately 350 LEGO bricks. The project showcases his commitment to bringing intricate and functional replicas to life through his LEGO creations.

In a noteworthy move, Borján’s venture into LEGO DJ gear began in July when he introduced a playable Pioneer CDJ 2000 Nexus concept on the LEGO Ideas platform. This platform enables creators to submit designs for potential commercial products. Those who garner 10,000 supporting votes stand a chance for their ideas to be considered for production. With over 8,200 supporters backing Tomasso Builds’ LEGO Ideas CDJ 2000 campaign, he is now just under 1,800 votes away from the prospect of official consideration and the opportunity to earn 1% of product royalties if successful.

In addition to his DJ headphone endeavor, Borján has also shared his imaginative designs for a LEGO Pioneer DJM 900 Nexus mixer.
