Armin van Buuren joins Joris Voorn at A State Of Trance 2024: Watch

As 2024 is in full force, fans are beginning to attend some of the larger electronic music events on the year’s calendar. Those lucky enough to attend A State Of Trance in Rotterdam were treated to an incredible b2b set between Armin van Buuren and Joris Voorn.

Few brands in the electronic music community carry the clout and reverence as that of A State of Trance, the radio show and branding built by Armin van Buuren. This past weekend, fans in Rotterdam were treated to two days of music and unique sets from some of the biggest names in the industry. Always one to take the stage as much as possible, van Buuren played four sets over the weekend, two solo and two b2b performances. Those in attendance on February 23rd were treated to the Dutch producer joining forces with Joris Voorn for an unforgettable hour and a half of music.

While van Buuren has often spent much of his career on stage, in recent years, he has looked to cut back on his appearances a bit but has been capitalizing on events by often performing multiple sets throughout. His Friday set with Joris Voorn was certainly one of the most highly anticipated performances of the weekend and the two icons did not disappoint. With the stunning backdrop and visuals of the Area 3 stage, the two DJs wasted no time in kicking things off. Throughout, they explored their own catalogs as well as tracks from Mortern, Avira, and Underworld.
