Home #Ibiza Swedish House Mafia reveals first Ibiza residency in over a decade

It is wild to think that it has been over a decade since the Swedish House Mafia last took up residency on the island of Ibiza. Building upon their momentous return to the studio and stages around the world, this new residency will surely be one of the most anticipated of the summer.

As fans from around the world flock to Ibiza every year for some of the world’s most infamous party scenes and clubs, the island has become a staple of the electronic music landscape. While there are parties to be found at every corner of the region, Ushuaïa has certainly worked hard to set the standard for delivering world-class entertainment year after year. Already showcasing global superstars such as Armin van Buuren, David Guetta, and Calvin Harris on their residency calendar, the venue has now secured what will surely be one of the most anticipated runs of the summer season.

For the first time in a decade, the Swedish House Mafia will be committing themselves to an extended run on Ibiza, taking over the Ushuaïa stage for six consecutive weeks. Beginning on July 21st and running through August 25th, Axwell, Ingrosso, and Angello will be playing through their massive catalog of hits and hopefully debuting new music and edits during the run.

The last time the Swedish House Mafia had an Ibiza residency was before they disbanded back in 2013, making this an even more monumental return to the island. While every night at Ushuaïa is a can’t miss event, this announcement will surely be one of the most talked about. Secure tickets now to the Swedish House Mafia residency at the official Ushuaïa Ibiza website today.
