Miami Music Week 2024 promises exciting, exclusive events and performances

Every year, at the end of March, the entire electronic music community turns its focus to southern Florida for Miami Music Week (MMW). Check out some of the exciting events and performances that will be a part of the 2024 celebration.

While Ultra Music Festival is certainly the highlight of the annual Miami Music Week, it is certainly just one of the many incredible events that will take place in and around South Beach. Here we take a look at some of the can’t-miss performances that will occur throughout the celebration.

March 21st – Higher Ground

Diplo created Higher Ground in 2019 but has continued to expand the brand and concept in the years since, and will be returning to Miami Music Week for the third time in 2024. Taking place at Medium Cool on March 21st, and featuring an exciting collection of house artists headlined by Maz and Demi Requísimo, Luke Alessi and Mia Moretti will take the stage alongside a yet to be announced special guest.

March 22nd – Walker & Royce

The Tech House duo of Walker & Royce have skyrocketed in recent years thanks to massive collaborations alongside Diplo and Aluna. As anticipation builds for the release of their sophomore album No Big Deal on March 29th, they will start the party early with a can’t-miss event during MMW. The duo’s Rules Don’t Apply performance will take place on March 22nd at the MAD Club.

March 23rd – HypnoVision Presents: CAN YOU SEE ME?

Few mainstage artists have curated such a mystique and passionate fanbase as Rezz as throughout her incredible career. The Canadian producer will release her latest album full of bass-heavy productions and haunting melodies on March 14th, and will celebrate with what is sure to be one of the most visually stunning events of the 2024 MMW calendar. Set to take place at Mana Wynwood, fans should secure their tickets to HypnoVision Presents: CAN YOU SEE ME? today.

March 23rd – Illenium Pool Party

There isn’t much to say about Illenium that hasn’t already been stated and written about him throughout his meteoric rise in the electronic music scene. Just over a month after selling out SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles for his wildly popular Trilogy show, he will take the decks at the Surfcomber Hotel in Miami. His music has become the soundtrack to the emotional heart of the electronic music scene and this will certainly be a highlight of the week.

March 23rd – Adriatique @ Ultra Music Festival

Every March, the Ultra Music Festival kicks off the festival season in earnest, bringing together an incredible collection of DJs and performers to Miami. While the full line-up can certainly be labeled as must-see entertainment, the Resistance Stage always garners plenty of attention for its incredible structure and willingness to curate an exciting collection of sounds and styles. Amongst Saturday performers will be the incredible duo from Zürich, Adriatique, who have been expanding their sound and reach in recent years thanks to releases via Afterlife, Rose Avenue, and Diynamic as well as several high-profile remixes and performances.

March 23rd – Gryffin @ Ultra Music Festival

Whether he is crafting larger-than-life productions and melodies or memorizing an audience with his live guitar playing, Gryffin is certainly one of the most exciting and endearing artists in the electronic music scene. Recently he began teasing his third album, Pulse, so fans in Miami will certainly be given a taste of what’s to come mixed in with his massive back catalog of hits and remixes. The Ultra Music mainstage is a variable who’s who of the electronic music scene, and Gryffin more than holds his own as one of the most exciting artists to take the stage during this Miami Music Week.
