Fisher will alter his Ibiza residency due to the birth of his child

Fisher has set himself apart within the electronic music community as one of the most exciting and engaging live acts. He will be spending much of the year in Hï Ibiza for a summer residency but will be forced to miss a few weeks due to his wife’s pregnancy.

As the entire electronic music community looks forward to another exciting season on the island of Ibiza, Fisher will be one of the many artists who take up residency. His Wednesday night sets at Hï Ibiza will certainly be a wild time and a can’t miss show for both fans and those just looking for a night of partying and good music. Fisher will first take over Hï Ibiza on Wednesday, June 5th but he has now revealed that he will only have one more performance that month before taking a short break due to an exciting personal matter.

‘As you know, my wife’s due to give birth this summer and we’re both over the moon. To be with Chloe for one of the biggest moments of our lives, I will hand over the reins of my Hï Ibiza residency to the incredible Patrick Topping from 19th June – 10th July.’

This message was shared on his social media pages, as the Australian DJ announced that he would be taking a few weeks off from his residency in order to welcome his child into the world and be there with his wife Chloe. While disappointing to fans, it is a great reason to step away from his DJ commits for a few weeks. In the post, Fisher revealed that Patrick Topping will be taking his place for the weeks he is set to miss. In hopes of further making amends to visitors to Ibiza, he will also extend his residency one extra week with the final night now set for October 2nd.

While he will be missed at Hï Ibiza in the middle of summer, it is an exciting time for Fisher and his wife and we at We Rave You are excited for the couple as they welcome their child into the world.
