Tiësto provides electrifying remix of U2 hit ‘Atomic City’: Listen

Industry heavyweight Tiësto has dropped an awe-inspiring progressive house remix of the U2 hit, ‘Atomic City’.

Tiësto has offloaded another sparkling remix, with his brand new twist on the 2023 U2 release, ‘Atomic City’, dropping on Island Records. The track carries with it a nostalgic progressive house feel, with an expansive top-line that pairs Bono’s diverse vocal timbres with shimmering synths in an infectious melodic arrangement. This particular remix follows up previous reinventions of the track as the likes of David Guetta and Mike WiLL Made-It have also tried their hand at reimagining the track since its initial release last year.

The Dutchman is no stranger to masterminding remixes having released countless over his lengthy career in the industry – and this may just be one of his best to date. Taking on the music of the iconic Irish rock band, he is sure to champion this one in his upcoming sets. With a plethora of shows scheduled at the likes Kappa Futur Festival, Tommorowland and Airbeat One Festival in the coming weeks, you may be lucky enough to hear it out live for yourselves.
