With Parklife week finally here, the final preparations are being made to ensure the success of yet another edition of the Manchester-based festival. With so many acts to see over the weekend, we’ve put together a guide of some of the must-see acts of the weekend to suit anyone’s tastes. 

DISCLOSURE – SATURDAY, THE VALLEY

Back at Parklife for a headlining set at The Valley, Disclosure have been an unmissable act for fans to see ever since their early days. Now, with the recent release of their highly anticipated track ‘She’s Gone, Dance On’, this is the perfect time to catch one of their sets. 

SAMMY VIRJI B2B INTERPLANETARY CRIMINAL – SATURDAY, THE VALLEY

Both fast becoming prominent names within the UK scene, Sammy Virji and Interplanetary Criminal are coming together for a rare B2B set that has to be seen. Both racking up millions of views on their DJ sets on YouTube, their combined energy is set to be out of this world. 

SUB FOCUS + MC ID – SATURDAY, MAGIC SKY (WORRIED ABOUT HENRY)

As is the case every year, Parklife represents the best of the best when it comes to the UK dnb scene, and 2024 is no different. Constantly on top of his game, Sub Focus is one of the key acts when it comes to the genre, and will no doubt perform a 10/10 set. 

KAYTRANADA – SUNDAY, PARKLIFE STAGE

Hitting one of the mainstages of the festival for a Sunday night closing set, Kaytranada’s multi-genre talents have allowed him to rise above the rest. Rapping, producing, DJing and more, his live sets have become iconic and will be a special set for the Parklife audience this year. 

DOM DOLLA – SUNDAY, HANGAR

Hailing from Australia, Dom Dolla’s talents have taken him worldwide, and this year he’ll hit up the iconic Hangar stage at Parklife and will no doubt be one of the biggest sets of the weekend. With groovy beats and sensational soundscapes, this will be one of those sets that is talked about months after. 

HORSEGIIRL – SUNDAY, MAGIC SKY (XXL)

Within the UK especially, the unique Horsegiirl has become somewhat of a cult figure in the festival scene, gaining fame not only with her unique horse branding but her eclectic style on the decks. Blowing up across socials, she continues to get bigger and bigger, and this will be a special addition to the Parklife 2024 roster.
