In today’s world, technology offers endless possibilities for artists to portray their creativity, as a means to lead demanding fans into temptation. Yet, it seems increasingly harder for artists to create something truly original and creative, leaving their fans awe-struck. Luckily for REZZ, the 22-year-old Canadian DJ/producer, she has already shown to be the exception to the rule, and today she succeeds in doing just that once again by dropping the music video of her dark techno masterpiece “Premonition“.

For “Premonition” (feat. Knodis), which is featured on her debut album ‘Mass Manipulation’, REZZ turned to illustrators and animators Luis Colindres and Adelaido Olea for some greatly psychedelic and hypnotizing effects. The video takes storytelling to the max, as we see young alien REZZ crash-landing on Earth from her home planet of Neptune, becoming friends with two earthlings as they discover her amazing ability to hypnotize people through music. This is where young REZZ’s mission to bring love and peace to Planet Earth takes off. Hallucinogenic alien faces, floating magic mushrooms and many other trippy visuals take viewers on a journey, as Planet Earth slowly transforms into a much happier place.

Alongside the must-see video, REZZ also revealed that a 60-page comic book is now available for pre-order, accompanying her ‘Mass Manipulation’ album that debuted August 4th on deadmau5‘s mau5trap label. The 60 pages tell a story similar to the “Premonition” video, but with only 2000 copies the book will be a collector’s item for fans all around the world.

You can still catch REZZ on her ongoing world tour, that started one month after the release of ‘Mass Manipulation’. Check out her complete touring schedule here and watch the “Premonition” video below.
