We Rave You Weekly Selections (8th December 2017)

Into the second week of December now and we’ve compiled the latest releases from all over the spectrum in our Weekly Selections Spotify playlist. This week, there’s new music from the likes of Axwell & Ingrosso, Dave Winnel, Funkerman and more.

Highlight of the period is most definitely the release of “Dreamer”, Axwell Λ Ingrosso‘s latest output that fans have been waiting on for months. The former Swedish House Mafia legends opted to release a more pop oriented version of the track which has caused some outrage. We do expect a festival version in the coming months, more on that here.

Kygo‘s most recent chart-topper – Stargazing receives the Kaskade treatment. The American powerhouse retained the lush atmosphere of the original through the verses which is then complemented by a strong, euphoric drop in the realms of future bass. A few influences of progressive house are also hinted, making it an instant holiday favorite for most fans.

For fans who favor the underground styles of house music: Funkerman delivers his collaboration with Marco Lys in the shape of ‘Pick You Up‘. The instrumentation follows the title of the song with its rhythmic elements, classic house stabs and groovy precussions. Rudimental also deliver a banging tune of a similar nature, ‘No Fear‘, a collaboration with The Martinez Brothers.

More music from Dave Winnel, Florian Picasso, R3HAB, Krewella and many more. Check them all out on our Weekly Selections playlist below.
