Martin Garrix & Steve Angello to play Belfast Vital Music Festival this summer
Two EDM superstars have just shaken the summer festival circuit announcing a huge show in store this summer. Both Martin Garrix and Swedish House Mafia star Steve Angello are going to be gracing a stage together by the end of summer 2018 at Belfast Vital Music Festvial in Northern Ireland. The August 25th show will take place at Boucher Road Playing Fields and while EDM youngster Martin Garrix is indeed slotted as the headliner but he will be joined by a few special guests including Steve Angello, Swedish pop star Zara Larsson, and climbing global talent Loop who have all been confirmed for the night.
With massive news surrounding the festival and acts associated, lets not forget Garrix has a pipeline of unreleased tunes that could soon see a marquee release. In fact, expected in the coming few days is a highly anticipated and teased collaboration from Garrix and global pop sensation Khalid. The two have been hyping up the collaboration for months now and the working title of the tune, ‘Oceans‘ is soon to be final with the expected to release marked on June 15th. Hopefully this is a tune that could see a huge reception on stage August 25th.
However, until then we just have excitement and teasers for what the summer of 2018 will look like for Garrix and company, after an interview with the Belfast Telegraph support act Loop opened up about her excitement surrounding the festival,
“I’m just so excited to be part of such an amazing lineup. And to be playing in my biggest venue yet! I’ve never been to Belfast before… but anywhere that can produce a man like Van Morrison is a place I wanna be.”
