Home Uncategorized Axwell & Ingrosso advertisement hints at a complete Swedish House Mafia revival

Ultra Music Festival’s 20th anniversary served up some incredible moments, the most notable moment however saw the reunion of dance music’s most notorious group Swedish House Mafia. The groups electric performance stunned Ultra’s massive crowd leaving plenty with a plethora of emotions when it was announced the reunion was the trio’s only surprise appearance with no future dates. Fast forward to July 2018 and now hints have begun to surface that just maybe, Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso, and Steve Angello are planning something huge.

The thought of a full scale Swedish House Mafia return accompanied by a massive world tour wouldn’t be surprising, however until it is publicly announced it’s still that of our imagination. Wishful thinking per say, but following the release of Axwell & Ingrosso’s ‘Dancing Alone‘ a whole new set of rumors may become reality.

The ad features the tracks album artwork, which models a retro-styled photo of public figure Paris Hilton. The ad then flashes against the side of a building, topped by Axwell & Ingrosso’s logo, in Stockholm’s Stureplan public square. Then seemingly out of nowhere “glitches,” and an error message reads, then a “loading” sign flashes with three dots. As conspicuous as that may seem we all can see the writing on the wall. Three dots? A hometown ad in Stockholm, which also happens to be home base to the trio? This certainly hints to something larger.

Regardless of any official conformation, the internet and ad viewers in Stockholm alike, have certainly taken this as a major hint that whatever is going on, the trio of Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso and Steve Angello will all make their way back up onto the big stage together.

Stay tuned for more information on the billboard ad and whether or not these predictions and inclinations become true. Check out the controversial ad for Axwell & Ingrosso’s ‘Dancing Alone‘ below:
