In a midsummer showcase, Showtek & MOTi teamed up to deliver a smash hit with Starley & Wyclef Jean entitled ‘Down Easy‘. Now with summer just about to come to a close, the hit tune has received the first remix pack of what reads to be multiple remixes from a flurry of producers. Following recent impressive appearances at Parookaville, New Horizon’s, and Tomorrowland, that Dutch duo Zonderling lead the charge in the remix package.

Among the several editions of the tune including a Henry Fong remix, and a club edit among “part 1” of the remix pack, Zonderling’s rendition seems to naturally separate itself from the pack. Coming off their groove-inducing collaboration with Don Diablo entitled ‘No Good‘, the duo’s fresh take on the original instrumentally-driven track certainly gives an entirely new outlook on the tune. Creating an intense synth lead into the remix while keeping the original’s melody roughly intact, it is the remix’s interludes and bridge sections that completely transform Zonderling’s flip of ‘Down Easy‘ into a house lover’s heaven. Zonderling take complete control of the tune, implementing their signature future house flair into the originally moombahton featuring track.
