The last we heard from techno king Carl Cox was the news that he is working hard on the return of the legendary Club Space Ibiza. While awaiting further details on this exciting announcement, the 56-year old ‘Coxy’ has now revealed some completely different and unexpected news. The three-deck-wizard has just launched his own brand new clothing line, reflecting “the different sides” of the UK legend’s personality.

The clothing collection is aimed at techno lovers of all ages and consists of two different lines. Club Classics features the iconic Carl Cox logo and assorted phrases like “Techno should scare the sh*t out of you”, while Carl Cox Motor Sport focuses on all things two- and four wheels. The Club Classics line features a range of limited edition items embellished with classic Cox-inspired logos and phrases (such as ‘oh yes, oh yes!’ ), iconic club imagery and song lyrics. The Motor Sport range, meanwhile, reflects Coxy’s love for cars, classic motorbikes and V8 drag teams.

Carl Cox commented on the decision too launch his own clothing range:

It was the right time for me to do this. I always want to connect more with my fans and I think by doing this line, I can do that in a way that is memorable and lasting. I still have tour shirts from shows I’ve seen and that makes for some fond memories. I hope this line give my fans a similar feeling.”

The limited edition clothing and merchandise will be offered first to those on Coxy’s mailing list. These fans will also receive the best promotional discounts. If you are interested you can sign up through www.carlcoxmerchandise.com, so check it out soon if you don’t want to miss out!
