Eric Prydz will premiere his brand new version of EPIC (Eric Prydz In Concert) on 19 July 2019, the first official day of Tomorrowland with a two-hour HOLOSPHERE show. As the official Tomorrowland schedule saw the light yesterday, we can save the following dates:
There’s no doubt that when it comes to Eric Prydz, the visuals play just as important a role in his spectacular performance as his music. If it wasn’t enough for one person to produce music under two aliases: Cirez D and PRYDA, recently releasing the first part of a special 15th anniversary album, ‘PR(15)DA‘, he has another major project running in the background: he has been working on his latest installment, the EPIC 6.0 for two years now. The holographic sphere will be nothing but mesmerizing. In an exclusive report with the Swedish producer/DJ by The Verge, we can learn how he managed to put his visions into sketches and made those plans into reality.
“Huge confetti cannons and flamethrowers are very primitive,” Prydz says regarding the usual attention-catching tricks. “I thought, we can do better than this. We can do something different and more exciting.”
