Eric Prydz announces New Years Eve show alongside Cristoph
After releasing a brand new EP under his Pryda alias back in August, with the third of three dropping today, the legendary Eric Prydz is back in the news this week after he announced a brand new show coming up on New Years Eve alongside Cristoph. Prydz has confirmed he will be performing an extended set after midnight at Echostage in Washington DC, with tickets releasing today, Friday 4th October, at 10am.
Last month, Eric Prydz’s sold out his New York dates for his HOLO show in under 24 hours, showing that fans understand how unique and well prepared Prydz’s shows are, suggesting tickets for theNew Years Eve party will also sell out in a brief amount of time. It’s no secret that the Swede is completely redefining the visual aspect of live performance and has been doing for years now with projects such as V O I D and HOLO. Always changing it up, it isn’t long until Eric Prydz moves onto creating new live shows and his latest one was arguably his most ambitious yet. A recent press release promised these new shows “will feature greater production levels than any previous Prydz US show”. In the summer we saw Eric debut his new V O I D show successfully, as well as his spectacular Holosphere performance at Tomorrowland which remained one of the standout sets of the festival.
