Creamfields unveils massive first wave artist names
With the likes of Armin van Buuren, CamelPhat, Calvin Harris, Eric Prydz HOLOSPHERE and more announced for Creamfields 2020 before the full first wave even landed, it has already proved itself to be one of the biggest editions in the history of the long-running festival. Absolutely dominating the UK festival and events scene, this year will certainly be no different and they’ve proved that with their massive first wave artist announcement.
With over 300 acts set to perform across the weekend to around 70,000 attendees, their artist names are just as big as the size of the crowds that they draw in. Starting big, a lot of familiar names that always receive a warm welcome at the festival in Daresbury have been announced, with the likes of Above & Beyond, Oliver Heldens, Tiësto, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and more all making their returns. All kinds of genres are very well represented on the lineup, and over recent years hardstyle in particular has grown in popularity and with Creamfields keeping their finger on the pulse, acts like Ben Nicky, Brennan Heart, Sub Zero Project and many more are there to represent. Other highlights so far include Alesso, Fisher, Laidback Luke, Jauz and Kölsch.
If you’re already wanting to plan what acts to see, then the day splits for the first wave have already been announced, with super star acts spread evenly across each day guaranteeing that each day is jam-packed with non-stop music and entertainment from day to night.
