Sound Waves announces line-up for the 2023 edition of the Portugal event
Fans in Portugal and all across the electronic music world are starting to get ready for the return of Sound Waves, the annual Techno and Underground event that is now celebrating its 18th anniversary. Ahead of the July 8th event, organizers have now announced the line-up for the 21-hour party set to take place on the coast of Esmoriz.
Unlike other festivals, Sound Waves offers attendees a unique marathon of entertainment, with doors opening on Saturday, July 8th at 5 pm and the party extends straight through until 2 pm the following day when they are closed again. The 21-hour event promises to feature a world-class visual production to bring organizers’ renewed concept to life, as well as many surprises to enhance the atmosphere and excellent talent that will be brought to the stage. The all-night party will be bringing artists from across Europe to the event.
From Spain, Indira Paganotto will be bringing her Psy Progressive sounds to the event alongside fellow countryman Karlos Molina who will showcase his own progressive and techno styles. Arriving from Italy will be the duo of 999999999 who has been making their way across international stages and festivals in recent years. The line-up will get an influx of acid and industrial from England’s Charlie Sparks, while Chilean producer Cristobal Pesce will provide his own Techno/PsyTrance stylings to the Portuguese audience.
Of course, the event will showcase several producers from Portugal, placing a spotlight on Techno DJ Miss Sheila, as well as Ornella, ØTTA, DU’ART, and DJ and ambassador Carlos Manaça will ensure that their native country is well-represented.
