Tomorrowland Food: A Culinary Adventure at the Festival

Tomorrowland 2023 is just about to kick off and it goes without saying that the festival is a fully immersive experience.  From acts all over the world, top-tier lodging and campgrounds, to special after-festival-hours activities, Tomorrowland has always set the bar high for music festivals all over the world.

A commonly overlooked part of the festival includes unique culinary experiences that are available to purchase (now sold out), that take the festival-goer on a one-of-a-kind familiarity of food from all over the world.  According to the Tomorrowland website, the culinary experience “represents enjoying high-quality food & drinks together, with a lot of attention for the origin of products and the use of pure ingredients. These experiences unite people, offer warm hospitality and inspire through passion and creativity”

Of these experiences, festival-goers were able to purchase six different all-inclusive dining and cocktail selections including a Brasa BBQ Experience, which for €44 per person, includes a welcome cocktail (or mocktail), an appetizer, a main course that features either fish, meat or vegetarian option, and a “sweet bite”.  Attendees were also able to purchase the deluxe Brasa BBQ experience which includes a “premium deluxe platter” for the main course consisting of both meat and fish.  The experience is held next to the Rise Stage and is surrounded by water, open fires, and cozy beats.

The next culinary experience is a Mesa Foodsharing add-on, which brings the original Antwerpian restaurant to the festival grounds with Chefs Eric Ivanidis & Marcelo Ballardin.  For €79 per person, each guest receives a welcome cocktail, 2 glasses of wine, a selection of appetizers, a family-style main, and dessert.  There is also a deluxe version of Mesa, which features two family-style main courses.  The location of this event overlooks the Main Stage.

As part of the well-rounded experience, the final offering serves as a cocktail experience featured by mixologists and includes a full hour of experimental and carefully curated cocktails.
