‘Narcotics’ follows a stream of club-ready anthems that Julian Jordan has been steadily releasing this year via STMPD RCRDS.

Aspirin,’ ‘Start To Move,’ ‘NRG‘ and more, Julian Jordan has been more than killing it on the release radar this year. Fast becoming a maestro of the club groove, the STMPD RCRDS alumni found his footing more than ever in recent months with his signature sound, and each release only strengthens that. Now, there’s a new single looking to snatch the spotlight, and it comes in the form of an ID that first came to light in June at the Brooklyn Mirage, ‘Narcotics.’

‘Narcotics,’ just as the name would suggest, explores the theme of addictive substances whether that be physical things or the power of music. To back this up, Jordan has curated a soundscape that one could easily become addicted to. Threatening to blow out the speakers with its sheer power, ‘Narcotics’ doesn’t hold back on its groove, and is sure to have the clubs in a vice-like grip. With this single, he was joined by songwriter Max Adrian (previous credits for the likes of Lucas & Steve, Tungevaag, Armin van Buuren and Matluck and many more) and Jaimes, and their talents of singing and songwriting mixed in with Julian Jordan’s techniques proves to be earth-shattering.

Julian Jordan has had the clubs and airwaves in the palm of his hand for a long time now, and this new single proves that this isn’t going to change any time soon, if ever. Get ready for the weekend and stream ‘Narcotics’ here.
