Norman Cook, aka Fatboy Slim, expressed his enthusiasm for the upcoming tour, stating, “Here we go again everyone… this tour covers some stunning locations, many of which I’ve never played before, and I’m really excited about it. Roll on the summer :).”

This tour is set to visit some of the most unique and iconic venues in the UK and Ireland, such as the Eden Sessions in Cornwall, Castlefield Bowl in Manchester, Tofte Manor in Bedfordshire, The Piece Hall in Halifax, and the Open Air Theatre in Scarborough, among others.

The tour announcement follows the recent celebration of the 25th anniversary of the iconic album “You’ve Come a Long Way, Baby.” Originally released in 1998, this album, curated by Norman Cook, became a defining record of the ’90s, transcending genres and featuring a diverse range of music styles, from hip-hop to reggae and jangle pop. With this album, Norman Cook pushed stylistic boundaries, delivering a wildly original work filled with imagination, massive hooks, and infectious beats.

The album spawned era-defining singles like ‘Rockafeller Skank,’ ‘Gangster Trippin‘,’ ‘Praise You,’ and ‘Right Here Right Now.’ It wasn’t just a dance album; it was a cultural phenomenon. “You’ve Come a Long Way, Baby” achieved tremendous critical and commercial success, reaching Number One in the UK album charts, featuring four UK Top 10 singles, and earning Norman Cook a BRIT Award for Best Producer, along with two more nominations (Male Solo Artist and British Single).

The 25th-anniversary reissue of the album has been meticulously remastered at half speed at Abbey Road Studios to ensure the highest possible audio quality. You can purchase it here.
