The Chemical Brothers will play at a charity event in support of the Teenage Cancer Trust

The Chemical Brothers will play at the Teenage Cancer Trust charity event at the Royal Albert Hall.

The events, curated by Roger Daltrey of The Who fame, will take place from 18 to 24 March. The venue will be the Royal Albert Hall in London, and the events will raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust. The Who and Daltrey will open the events with 2 gigs on the 18th and 20th. The Young Fathers will play on the 22nd. Then another Daltrey-led gig will take to the stage on the 24th, ‘A Celebration of 24 Years of Gigs For Teenage Cancer Trust’. Since 2000, Roger Daltrey has been with the Teenage Cancer Trust, earlier commenting, “Having performed at the very first event back in 2000, it is a charity very close to my heart.”. After 2025, however, an announcement has been made that others will take over the curatorial role, but Daltrey will continue patronizing the series of charity events.

“The £32 million raised from these concerts has been the foundation for the 28 specialised units within the NHS, as well as specialist nurses and youth workers to be there for a young person when cancer has turned their world upside down,”, said Roger Daltrey.

Another big attraction of the events will be The Chemical Brothers, undoubtedly one of the most iconic bands in electronic music. The multi-Grammy-winning British duo, formed by Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons, will perform on 23 March. In their lifetime, they have sold more than 13 million albums, and their 2023 studio album “For That Beautiful Feeling” was nominated for the Best Dance/Electronic Music Album at the 2024 Grammy Awards.

The full lineup is available on the official Teenage Cancer Trust website. Tickets go on sale on 12 January at 9 AM GMT and will be available to buy on the Royal Albert Hall website and TicketMaster, among others.
