FISHER and Chris Lake post statement about cancelled Ultra set

Home Featured FISHER and Chris Lake post statement about cancelled Ultra set

FISHER and Chris Lake were set to close out the mainstage of Ultra on Friday night with their Under Construction concept.

With the heavy rain last night causing multiple sets to be cancelled, notably Hardwell and FISHER & Chris Lake‘s Under Construction, fans have been left wondering what would happen to those sets that were unable to go ahead. Now, following Hardwell’s heartbreaking statement about his set, the tech-house duo have also made their own statement.

Taking to socials, FISHER & Chris Lake posted about how sad they were to cancel. Afrojack had previously stated that he was willing to give up one of his two Sunday mainstage slots to either the duo or Hardwell, but it seems the duo have now completely cancelled their set.

Alright, it’s the morning after the night before and we’ve woken up completely disheartened. We’d both worked for months in preparation for this show and were so excited about having the responsibility to close the main stage on the Friday.

I hope @Ultra will give us the opportunity to run this back next year next year for all of you.” – Chris Lake via X.
