Even rain couldn’t stop Hardwell from completely dominating the Ultra Miami main stage on the second day of the festival, following a tense 24 hours which saw Hardwell’s Friday set canceled due to extreme weather conditions.

Three things are certain in life: death, taxes, and Hardwell headlining Ultra Miami. The Dutch titan was slated to play during the late hours of the first day of the festival only for his set to be cruelly canceled due to extreme rain and thunderstorms in the Miami area. He then took to X to express his disappointment after preparing his set for 3 months together with his team. After a topsy-turvy 24 hours afterward, Ultra finally managed to fit Hardwell’s set into the Saturday mainstage lineup, extending the festival hours in the process. What followed next was a yearly routine for Hardwell as he completely dominated the stage with lots of new music.

In his monumental set, Hardwell did something he didn’t do in his last 2 Ultra Miami sets. He incorporated much more unreleased music from his own label Revealed Recordings, including IDs from the label mainstays Domeno, AVAO, and Ryos. All of those IDs follow the fan-named big room techno style which hasn’t exactly clicked with the fans yet, but they do the damage just fine with their infectious energy. Among those IDs, Hardwell played 11 of his own unreleased tracks, including collaborations with Armin van Buuren, Olly James, KAAZE, and more. 2 of those 11 IDs are edits for Ray Volpe’s Laserbeam and Coone & Robert Falcon’s All Of The Lights, which Coone himself teased it as a potential free release.

The most special moment of the set came when Hardwell invited Armin van Buuren on stage to play their brand-new collaboration Follow The Light. The track itself has been cemented into both artists’ tracklists since its first play at the debut edition of Untold Dubai. The pair showed extreme happiness and chemistry on stage which set the crowd ablaze and is definitely one of the standout moments of this year’s festival. Hardwell dropped the full tracklist in his set on YouTube, just like he did for the last 2 editions of Ultra Miami. His set is currently the most-watched Ultra Miami set with over 600k views in just 4 days and you can check it down below.
