Home Tech Antares releases new features for Auto-Tune Pro 11

Not all electronic music producers spend a lot of time producing vocals, but when the situation does arise, it is important to have access to quality auto-tune plugins. Antares is continuing to craft production tools that help producers and engineers properly process any vocal they come across.

Building upon their already popular suite of vocal production tools, Antares has now revealed a powerful new iteration of their Auto-Tune plugin, now updated for the 11th iteration. Of course, the new Auto-tune 11 can tune vocals, but the team behind the plugin made sure it can do so much more, helping producers and engineers quickly create complex and creative new sounds and harmonies for projects. This creative freedom is at the heart of the new release with the powerful Harmony Engine within the plugin. Within Auto-Tune 11, users can create and manipulate four individual harmonies, creating a powerful sound via the formant, pan, and level adjustments and even trigger them with MIDI for Cv-instrument playability.

Like any good vocal tuning plugin, Antares Auto-Tune 11 makes tuning vocals easy and offers two new features to assist with the process, Auto Mode and Graph Mode. In Auto Mode, the plugin effortlessly works to help adjust pitch issues in a vocal, helping quickly create a smooth performance. For vocals that may need more detailed work or producers that like to really fine-tune a performance, Graph Mode offers all the necessary tools and functions needed. Beyond fine-tuning notes, producers can also adjust retune speed, vibrato, and formant with incredible precision.

Further improving upon past iterations, Antares has updated Auto-Tune 11 to offer a Multi-View window that allows producers to quickly switch back and forth between different vocals for faster workflow. Built with support for ARA2 technology, Auto-Tune 11 will seamlessly work with a variety of DAWs such as Logic Pro, Cubase, and Studio One allowing data such as tempo, rhythm, and pitch to be transferred in real-time.

Antares Auto-Tune 11 is available now either through a monthly subscription or by purchasing a perpetual license for $459.
