Boris Brejcha dropped his latest album on 19 April to most streaming platforms, and interestingly, Level One surprised the public with 17 tracks

Boris Brejcha’s social media in recent weeks has been buzzing about his upcoming album. About a week ago, he unveiled 9 tracks, announcing that the rest will be released on April 19, 2024. Reading through the comment section, fans were back and forth about these releases, with many responding with a “difficult to choose” reaction to Boris’ question about which ones listeners liked. It’s not a question, since Level One was released with 17 tracks, or 20, since it was accompanied by an extra 3 tracks, long versions of previous releases.

Boris Brejcha, the German DJ and producer, gave his latest insight into the album in a track called Terminal Zero. In this song, he really showcased his high-tech minimal soundscape, which is sure to be a hit in the clubs. Alongside Terminal Zero, Atlantis was also released on 4 April as part of the launch, the latter usurping the role of closing track on the latest album. The album also includes Vienna, a true crossover between minimal techno and pop music, for which Boris Brejcha enlisted the help of Buenos Aires’ Malena Narvay to provide the vocals. By the standards of techno, of course, Boris has set the beats at 125 BPM, really helping to boost the atmosphere in the clubs. But it’s also worth mentioning several energetic tracks from the album, such as Rave City, a track that many fans have been waiting for. But there’s also Miracle with Leony, or if we’re talking about collaborations, Message In A Bottle, co-produced by Ginger, also has a worthy place on this 17-track studio album.

Boris Brejcha will be performing in many places in the coming months. For starters, on the third of May, he and his team have set an interesting little South Korean destination, right in Seongdong-gu.
