Empire Of The Sun shares their first new music in 8 years

After an 8 year hiatus, the electro-pop duo Empire of The Sun has finally returned with new music. The infectious new single Changes is out now along with an incredible music video.

Starting with a funky bass line and silky synth melody, Empire of The Sun immediately grabs listeners’ attention after the long gap since their last offering. The vocals come in quickly, offering a beautiful topline as the members Lord Littlemore and Emporer Steele share the melody and harmonies, inviting listeners to hum along from the very first listen.

It is a lush combination of beautiful production and brilliantly delivered vocals that drive Changes as a track that almost makes the 8 year wait worth it for fans.

Alongside the new single, the duo also filmed a cinematically beautiful new video. Set amongst the stunning landscape of Thailand, the video begins in a dark, night sequence, as the group members navigate a forest of monsters and other surprises alongside a young child. By the end, the sun comes out and the duo appears in front of a beautiful brick structure, alluding the changes within the music and the beauty of it all.
