Shure delivers Nexadyne, their latest vocal microphone

Anyone who has ever been on stage in any capacity has probably held a Shure microphone. As a staple of live sound and especially vocals, the company knows how to craft durable microphones and has just released its latest product to its catalog.

Shure became a staple of the live music industry with its legendary SM58 capturing vocals on stages around the world every day. Considering that the SM58 was introduced way back in 1966 speaks to the engineering power and design of the mic, but the company of course does not intend to simply rest on its laurels. Looking to provide a powerful new Cardioid Dynamic microphone with the release of the Nexadyne series.

Available in both cardioid (NXN8/C) and supercardioid (NXN8/S) editions, the Nexadyne builds upon the decades of success Shure has achieved and looks to provide a modern vocal microphone that offers a flatter frequency response, therefore requiring less EQ work. The new microphone also features Shure’s Revonic Dual Transducer Technology, employing two precisely matched transducers that, “work together to provide a greater range of acoustic optimisation, maximising specific frequencies and minimising unwanted noise, especially handling noise and mechanical vibration.”
