Few names in modern dance music have had the global impact and enduring success as that of Fatboy Slim. Decades after he first rose to fame, he has delivered a brand new music video full of many famous peers and icons.

Fans of Fatboy Slim have always enjoyed his incredible productions as well as his ability to mix humor into his works. With a history of releasing visually stunning and ridiculously entertaining music videos, i.e. that Weapon Of Choice cut with Christopher Walken, he returns now with his newest classic. This time he again relies on other famous faces but utilizes the modern magic of artificial technology to produce the end result. Arriving weeks after the single Role Model initially released, Fatboy Slim and vocalist Dan Diamond find themselves cut between a who’s who of iconic stars and movie characters.

The single itself is built around the tagline with Dan Diamond claiming, “I’m not a role model,” before he lists many reasons to prove his point. Whether it be drinking, smoking, stealing, visiting porno shops, or being a peeping tom, he wants listeners to know that he is a loser and not a role model. The video itself rotates amongst a variety of famous faces such as David Bowie, Bill Murray, and Muhammad Ali while also inserting iconic characters such as The Dude from The Big Lebowski and Tony Montana of Scarface fame. It’s a clever cut that is a lot of fun to watch and truly is befitting of the single as well as a testament to Fatboy Slim’s willingness to explore new ideas.
