To celebrate the astonishing 1000 releases of Revealed Recordings, Hardwell unleashed his Ultra Miami 2024 intro in tandem with KAAZE, who himself has left a deep mark on the legendary label throughout its 14 years.

1000 releases. Who would’ve thought that a certain independent label from Breda would go on to such extraordinary heights? That is exactly what Hardwell did, his dream is now finally accomplished in spectacular fashion. Looking back on the label’s first 1000 releases, we have literally seen numerous periods and trends of electronic music come and go. Yet they remained as relevant as ever. Now, as Revealed Recordings sets its sights on the next century of releases, let’s take a look at the track that ushers in that new era for the label. Premiered at Ultra Miami 2024 in explosive fashion, label boss Hardwell and the Swedish powerhouse KAAZE have combined their golden talents on Move.

One of the main talking points every year of electronic music and Hardwell fans alike is what kind of intro Hardwell will concoct for all of his shows of that certain year. This year there was a concern that we may not even hear any of Hardwell’s new tracks in his Ultra Miami set due to extreme weather conditions that hit Bayfront Park on Friday, 22nd of March. Only with the hard work and dedication of everyone involved with Ultra did we get Hardwell to slot right into Saturday’s mainstage lineup. That is where we managed to hear the 2024 intro of the Dutch magician. Move walks a fine line between electro house and the newly nurtured big-room techno sound that has been the main source of inspiration for Revealed Recordings since Hardwell returned from a sabbatical in 2022. Combining aggressive synths, a plethora of unrivaled energy, and a mysterious break featuring an eerie female vocal, Move doesn’t build up the energy in Hardwell’s sets, it turns it to the maximum from the get-go. The contribution of KAAZE, undoubtedly, plays a major role in shaping Move into an ultimate festival weapon. The Swedish producer embraced a sound he calls “hot techno” as of late, seemingly ditching the progressive house sound he nurtured for many years, and it certainly leaves a lasting impression on the track.

Both Hardwell and KAAZE have busy summer schedules to look forward to, as they did for many years now. Hardwell is on course to make his 8th appearance at Tomorrowland Belgium as well as a return to Tomorrowland Brasil in October. He will also pay a visit to some of the globe’s biggest festival grounds such as Ultra Europe, Parookaville, and Creamfields UK. As for KAAZE, he recently announced his world summer tour for 2024 where he will mostly play in Asia, most notably S20 Festival in Taipei and Seoul. Not only that. We have recently announced a 3-date residency at the Tropicana in Mykonos, Greece where KAAZE will play on July 19th. This promises to be another historic summer for both Hardwell and KAAZE and Move will undoubtedly play a major part in creating that very same history. Move is out now on every major streaming platform or you can listen to it below.
