Dutch trance master Armin van Buuren played a couple of amazing sets at Ultra Music Festival Miami in March, premiering lots of new music as IDs. In April he also stated that he’d soon be releasing four new trance tracks and one by one, they have started to surface as new releases. Today we can add another one to that list, as Armin van Buuren’s latest track ‘Blah Blah Blah’ has just been released.

He explained previously that he wrote the chorus for ‘Blah Blah Blah’ while he was traveling to Miami for Ultra Music Festival. The track wasn’t finished at the time, but he decided to play it anyway, rightly anticipating that the crowd would dig it, because they did! The track is super catchy and easy to sing along with (“All we ever hear from you is blah blah blah”), while its uplifting and energetic beat easily matches Armada Music‘s sub-label Who’s Afraid Of 138?!. ‘Blah Blah Blah’ smoothly blends in some dark and passionate psy-trance elements as well, even though it stays euphoric because of its cheerful lyrics and chorus.

Always able to rely on his huge and supportive fanbase, Armin van Buuren never shuns experimenting with different sounds and styles. Just a few weeks ago he released the beautiful pop song ‘Therapy’ ft. James Newman, just in time for spring and summer festivals around the globe, especially after his release of the ‘Therapy’ club mix. Add that to his recent releases ‘The Last Dancer’ ft. Shapov and ‘Just As You Are’ by his Rising Star alter ego – tracks which were all featured on his ‘A State Of Trance 2018compilation album, and it’s plain to see why the Dutchman is on fire at the moment!
