On the back of recent news that REZZ is collaborating with deadmau5, the producer has given an early insight into her upcoming album. Dropping the cover artwork would have been enough for eager fans awaiting the release, but REZZ has gone one step further to exciting her fans. The Ukrainian-born producer revealed that two tracks would be released in June, with one landing next week, coming from the album which is titled ‘Certain Kind Of Magic‘, and will be released on mau5trap.

REZZ

The artwork itself comes in typical REZZ fashion. Her mysterious persona is reflected greatly, with the circus show vibes projected in an eery manner, that could somewhat indicate the nature of the album. If her previous album Mass Manipulation – also released on mau5trap – is anything to go by, the new collection of tracks will be filled with dark and heavy dub sounds. With the album release upcoming, the announcement on Twitter that two tracks would come in June certainly comes as good news for REZZ fans. Though the style and genre of the album has not be defined, you can predict that the continuation of her previous sounds into her new work will only benefit the ever-growing producer, who has seen a steady rise to fame take her to some of the biggest festivals worldwide.

The news of her upcoming track with mau5trap label boss deadmau5 was enough for most fans, with updates being given regularly by REZZ on her Twitter, where she recently stated that she was going to the producer’s studio to work on the track. Previewed by deadmau5, the track could give an idea as to what vibes REZZ may explore on her new album. However, the Ukranian producer has always left fans speculating by not giving too much away, hence you can only guess what she will do next on the album. The two tracks set for release later this month may give an indication for the album, but REZZ’s ability to switch up her style is what has propelled her to the electronic music scene’s top level.
