Imagine being 41 years old and taking over festivals worldwide. Most athletes retire by that age, a lot of people settle down into jobs, and many musicians begin to focus on new ventures. However, Armin van Buuren has none of that in his mind. The Dutch trance icon is still rocking main stages across the globe, whether it be with his A State Of Trance showcase or just as an individual show. One his recent stopovers was in Croatia, as Ultra Europe landed on the countries party land of Split. The world’s highest ranked trance DJ, loved for his live sets, radio shows, and phenomenal productions, took over the stage and has now shared his entire set.

Packed with Armada and A State Of Trance music, the set kicks off with his new collaboration alongside Alok and Vini Vici, which is yet to be released. Keeping the energy high all throughout, the collection of psy, melodic, uplifting, and progressive trance, with the addition of some hardstyle towards the end, makes for one of Armin’s best sets of the year. Consistency and quality is something you can certainly associate with the Dutchman, who is a true legend of both the trance genre and the electronic music community. Dropping ID’s from himself, NWYR, and Mark Sixma & MaRLo amongst a plethora of trance bangers, Armin’s set will rank as one of the festival’s finest.

The festival boasted the likes of Axwell Λ Ingrosso, Seth Troxler, Eric Prydz, Steve Angello, and so many more. Amongst the list of legends, Armin van Buuren slots in perfectly, and contirbutes to what was an impeccable line up. You can always count on Ultra to deliver for their massive showcases across the world.

Whether you were lucky enough to witness the set live, or just want to catch up on Armin’s live sets, you can relive this phenomenal set below:
