Disclosure are an award winning English electronic music duo consisting of brothers Howard and Guy Lawrence. Together they have produced an impressive catalogue of successful releases like the timeless ‘Latch’, ‘F For You’ and ‘White Noise’, they have also released 2 successful studio albums which both climbed to the #1 place in the UK.

After the success of their surprise collaboration with Fatoumata DiawaraUltimatum‘ earlier this year, the duo return with a new surprise release ‘Moonlight’ fresh from the studio. The song builds on the success of ‘Ultimatum’, perfectly combining organic elements and synths to create a soulful, clean sound which is very pleasant to listen to. The track is also driven by a wonderful vocal, full or rich harmonies and rhythm. The duo also creatively chop up the vocal to follow the beat, creating a unique sound and an irresistible vibe.

The duo also talked about how the inspiration for this record came and the idea behind this track:

Moonlight was written and arranged at Guy’s house, sampling Swedish acapella group ‘The Real Group’s’ cover of the classic ‘When I Fall In Love’.

We wanted  to bring some Disclosure deep house chords and basslines to the forefront…

The Lawrence brothers announced earlier this year that they would be cancelling their Wild Life Festival in 2018 – which they had held every year since 2015 – as they intended to focus on writing and recording their forthcoming third studio album.

With a busy recording schedule ahead as we embark on album number 3 we’re going to give the green grass of Shoreham Airport a break throughout 2018 and come back bigger and better in 2019.

Disclosure is definitely a name to look out for in the near future as fans from all over the world await for more of their amazing music to release soon. In the meantime, you can listen to the wonderful ‘Moonlight’ on YouTube below.
