Marshmello‘s ‘Fortnite Set’ has been making major waves as of late. The set, which reached a record 10 million players (approximately 20% of the game’s total number of players) has now reached another milestone, after the extended version of the set debuted at the top spot on Billboard’s Dance/Electronic Albums chart, a commendable achievement for Marshmello.

While a #1 Billboard debut is indeed, something to boast about, this isn’t the most impressive feat about the concert. Marshmello amassed 699,000 YouTube subscribers the day after the virtual concert, which highlights an estimated 1,800% increase over his 37,000 monthly subscription figure in January. Views per day, furthermore, saw a 500% rise; more specifically, daily view count grew from 7.8 million to 42.8 million. For more stats about the concert, click here.

In addition to his mind-blowing YouTube growth, his music is also reaching great heights. His single, ‘Happier’ with Bastille, recently clocked in a massive 21st week atop of the Billboard Dance/Electronic singles chart. On top of that, the virtual concert helped tracks such as ‘Alone’, ‘Chasing Colors’ and ‘Check This Out’ re-enter the chart, with all 3 tracks jumping in the top 10.
