Armin van Buuren & Garibay – Phone Down

Dutch superstar DJ and producer Armin van Buuren is back with another release on his own label, Armada. He once again teamed up with the Grammy award-winning, US-based producer Fernando Garibay and together they made a nice, easy summer anthem ‘Phone Down’. Garibay, who has already worked with the biggest names in the music industry including Lady Gaga, Sia, Britney Spears, U2, Snoop Dogg and more, wants to collaborate more with artists who share the same passion as he does and want to make an impact and change peoples lives for the better with music.

After their first very successful collaboration back in 2017, on ‘I Need You’, featuring Olaf Blackwood, they decided to work together on another chill, pop-dance crossover song, that features very emotional lyrics about life after a break up. It beautifully combines tropical house beats, with soft piano and light melody. This fresh release is setting a really nice vibe for the summer and it is definitely on its way to become a big hit and conquer the charts around the world.

Armin, who has been keeping himself busy for the past few weeks with big appearances at various festivals and clubs, new music on his label, ‘La Résistance de L’Amour’ with Shapov, and his weekly broadcast A State Of Trance, keeps proving that he is an amazing producer that can conquer almost any style of electronic music and make it into a hit.
