The Chainsmokers ft 5SOS – Who Do You Love

The Chainsmokers are back with a bang. The American producers have just released their first single of 2019 in style. After a stunning 2018 that left us iconic moments like the release of their second album ‘Sick Boy‘ or their unreal Ultra Miami and Creamfields sets, the two friends are ready for this new year full of new amazing challenges and projects.

This time, the duo has teamed up with the talented pop-rock Australian band 5 Seconds of Summer, to present us their newest track called ‘Who Do You Love‘, which is out now on Disruptor Records. The song is a collab made in heaven and is all you’d expect from both sides. While 5SOS brings those emotional and pop sounds, The Chainsmokers give that catchy electronic music essence.

The song starts with the band accompanied by the typical filtered Chainsmokers beat that introduces us to the song. When the break comes in, it leaves us with a superb chorus led with powerful vocals from the band and a tremendous acoustic guitar that leads the listener into the drop. The drop is a classic one from the Americans with that future bass addictive sound and rhythm made of synths and perfect vocal chops. In short, another masterpiece from the duo and another one to add on their already huge chart-topping track portfolio.

It could haven’t been a better start from The Chainsmokers.  After hinting loads of new music for this year, including top collabs with punk legends Blink 182 and the rapper Juice WRLD, The Chainsmokers’ loyal and devoted fanbase cannot doubt that this is going to be one of the best musical years for them.
