Anyma, one-half of melodic techno duo Tale Of Us, mesmerized the crowd at Tomorrowland 2023 with a breathtaking set at the Freedom stage. He also took the opportunity to announce the release date of his debut album ‘GENESYS,’ out this August.

Matteo Milleri, better known as DJ and producer Anyma, took the Freedom stage by storm at Tomorrowland 2023, captivating fans with his multi-sensory solo performance GENESYS. Ethereal feelings were at an all-time high as sound and visuals combined to create an immersive experience exploring new levels of consciousness. With its giant production such as the LED wall spanning from one side all the way to the other, the butterflies dangling from the ceiling and stellar lighting, it’s clear the Freedom stage was capable of bringing Anyma’s vision to life.

Anticipation and excitement can be felt inside the stage structure as Anyma took the stage wearing his futuristic jacket. He started his one-and-a-half-hour set by playing his track Eternity with Chris Avantgarde. From there on, he continued his set with four back-to-back unreleased IDs such as his tracks ‘The First Breath’ and ‘Samsara’ with Sevdaliza. As Anyma transitioned into the next track, he can be seen talking to Grimes, who came out for the live performance of their collaboration Welcome to the Opera.’ The stage came to life as she was lifted into the air by the female robot visual that has become a signature part of Anyma’s live sets.

The set continued with multiple IDs being played such as Anyma’s ‘Higher Power’ with Argy feat. Magnus and ‘Walking With A Ghost.’ As he finished his transition out of his unreleased single ‘The Pact,’ a robotic voice started repeating the words “Incoming GENESYS,” before listing the tracklist that will make up Anyma’s debut album ‘GENESYS,’ set to be released on August 11. Anyma and Rebūke’s ‘The Syren’ flooded the speakers shortly after, continuing the multi-dimensional journey. As the visual and audio experience came to an end with Anyma and RÜFÜS DU SOL’s unreleased collaboration ‘You Make Me,’ the crowd began to cheer and clap, showing their appreciation for the extraordinary performance they just witnessed.

Anyma’s weekend one set at Tomorrowland was no doubt one of the most unique and anticipated. The amount of unreleased music and captivating visuals were definitely a treat for the crowd in attendance and fans around the world watching the livestream.
